Every Hind Collections bag is handmade in small batches, so all sales are final.

No returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, colour or size preference, or gifts. Please review the photos, measurements and description of each piece carefully before placing your order. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Once verified, we will repair or replace the item, or refund it where replacement is not possible.
Handmade character
Small variations in stitching, beading, texture and colour are part of handcrafted work and are not defects.
Refund method
Any refund we are legally required to make is returned to the original payment method (card, Tabby or Tamara), or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, within 14 days of approval.
