These terms apply to every purchase from Hind Collections. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Products and prices
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Photos are taken with care, yet colours may vary slightly between screens. We may correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by email or message. We may decline orders in case of suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund any payment taken.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, cards via Stripe, and instalments through Tabby and Tamara. Instalment plans are provided by those companies under their own terms.

Returns
All sales are final. See our returns policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and the Hind Collections name and logo belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item concerned.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by UAE federal law and the laws of the Emirate in which we operate. Disputes are subject to the courts of the UAE.
